About the Event

WHY IS THIS #RUNOFF SO IMPORTANT? -------------------------------------

The five (5) Public Service Commissioners set #electricity and #broadband communications rates that directly affect Georgia families and businesses. They also determine what resources (#coal, gas, #solar, etc.) public #utilities can use to produce energy.

High energy bills and low investment in #energyefficiency affect business profitability and stymie the growth of high-paying jobs sorely needed by our state’s families.

Georgia needs to diversify our energy generation in order to be reliable, #resilient, and cost-effective.

-------------------------- MEET OUR CANDIDATES! --------------------------

Moderated by Kristi Swartz & Mandy Mahoney, candidates Lauren "Bubba" McDonald & Daniel Blackman will discuss #energypolicy, equitable solutions, and ideas to turn Georgia into a “Just Energy Powerhouse.”

Please join us for this important event and share widely! Thank you!
