Climate Actions

Getting Out and Involved

At The Climate Reality Project: Atlanta Chapter, we are dedicated to stepping up in the battle against climate change throughout the Atlanta area.

Through our subcommittees, we address Energy Efficiency and Infrastructure, the Food-Energy-Water Nexus, Social Justice and Equity, and Environmental Health.   Through cooperation and community engagement, we believe we can facilitate significant change. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

Chapter Meetings

Monthly Planning

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we check in with our community every month to update one another and continue building our initiatives.

Our Chapter Meetings take place the first Monday of every month and cover topics ranging from updates from headquarters, recent activities, progress reports from each of our subcommittees, and the initiatives we will tackle in the future. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

Education and Outreach

Free Climate Science Lectures

Without education, we cannot effectively and responsibly move climate awareness forward. We believe it is our duty to continuously teach ourselves and others about the causes, consequences , and solutions to climate change.

As Climate Reality Leaders, we have access to climate science and awareness presentations prepared by Vice President Al Gore himself and are available to come speak at any and all organiztions whenever requested.
